This page is the public support URL linked inside SmartScroll. It provides basic setup and billing guidance and links back to the legal pages.

  • Subscription changes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the user's App Store account under Apple's rules.
  • Common issues

    • To restore a subscription, open SmartScroll and use Restore purchases in Settings. The app will resync the App Store receipt through RevenueCat and then verify access with the backend.
    • On iPhone, SmartScroll needs Apple Screen Time permission before app blocking can work. The app asks for that permission during onboarding and it can also be reopened later from Settings.
    • After Screen Time access is approved, choose the apps to restrict from the in-app Settings flow so SmartScroll knows which apps should require earned minutes.

    Account and billing notes

    • Account deletion is handled inside the app settings.
    • Subscription changes, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through the user's App Store account under Apple's rules.
    • SmartScroll uses RevenueCat and backend verification to reconcile purchase state when a subscription is restored or changed.

    App Review note

    For App Review, reviewer credentials are supplied through App Store Connect review notes. The app can present a dedicated reviewer sign-in path while still showing the paywall before access continues.
